Nanlite Introduces PavoSlim 240CL, a 4x1 LED full-color panel, ideal for confined spaces

The new PavoSlim 240CL is a thin, robust, lightweight, and easy-to-install LED panel that offers professionals exciting new possibilities for lighting in tighter spaces. Since its launch, the industry has quickly adopted the PavoSlim series of super-thin, high-power panels. They are recognized for their significant advantages in power and robustness over traditional LED lighting products, while also providing excellent control and light quality.

This latest 4x1 model in the range retains the thin, lightweight design while offering a powerful 240W output. The unique dimensions of the PavoSlim 240CL make it ideal for use in confined spaces or areas with limited room. It can be used close to actors, easily hidden within set designs, or hung from a ceiling, and excels in virtual production applications.

All with the added flexibility of colors, wireless LumenRadio CRMX, and control via remote or app.

Lightweight yet Bright

PavoSlim 240CL has a high rated power output of 260W, like the PavoSlim 240B/240C, with the panel weighing only 3.62 kg. With a carefully designed optical lens, the light from each emitter is perfectly blended, achieving four times the output of similar products and delivering an impressive brightness of 21,030 lux at 1m, all within a compact body.

Distinctive Lighting, Thin yet Robust

The 4'x1' size of the PavoSlim 240CL expands the available dimensions of the PavoSlim series.

The difference in length and width allows the fixture to provide softer light along the long side and stronger light along the short side, enabling flexible application as needed.

The extended shape of the PavoSlim 240CL, combined with a thickness of just under 2.35 cm, means it can be easily and flexibly installed in tight spaces or areas with low ceilings.

The panel is made from super-light high-grade aluminum alloy, providing excellent protection and heat dissipation. The back of the PavoSlim 240CL features a large multi-row heatsink that improves structural strength and efficiently dissipates heat.

Quick Setup, Easy Disassembly

Every element of the PavoSlim is designed for rapid deployment.

Mount and Lock

A universal holder and baby pin holder are included for attaching the panel and adjusting its tilt. Both can be easily mounted on the back of the panel.

Attach and Mount

The included quick-release clamp can be clicked into the control unit's quick-release plate, allowing it to be securely mounted on a light stand or truss.

Deploy and Use

The panel comes with a pre-installed softbox. Simply peel off the Velcro straps, and the softbox is ready to use. After use, fold the softbox and secure it with the straps for convenient storage with the panel.

The grid can be quickly mounted onto the softbox using the elastic band, making it easier and more convenient compared to traditional fasteners.

Excellent Color Accuracy

Thanks to Nanlite's advanced color mixing technology, the PavoSlim 240CL features a CCT range of 2700K to 7500K, with the added benefit of green/magenta adjustment. Whether for accurate color reproduction or specific lighting effects, it can be fine-tuned to match other light sources by adjusting the green/magenta values.

Multiple Sizes for Different Needs

The PavoSlim series is available in 2'×0.5', 1'×1', 2'×1', 2'×2', and 4'×1' sizes, in bicolor or RGBW*. This allows them to be placed in a wide variety of locations and spaces depending on requirements.

*The 2'×0.5' and 4'×1' sizes are only available in the RGBW version.

Settings can be adjusted quickly and directly using the control unit, and the Nanlink app and DMX console allow for remote control and more precise lighting adjustments.

The PavoSlim 240CL can be powered by AC power, DC power, or V-mount batteries of various voltages, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor scenarios.

Powered by V-mount batteries of various voltages, the PavoSlim 240CL provides greater convenience for shooting on the go. The efficient design not only ensures high output power when using battery power but also allows for hot-swapping* between different power sources.

*The current intensity must be within the supported range of the selected power option when hot-swapping.

Expanding Possibilities

The versatility of the PavoSlim 240CL is further enhanced with additional accessories.

5M DC connecting cable (optional): This cable is made with interlocking connectors that can be joined with the included DC connecting cable for extended reach. This is ideal for situations where the panel is mounted high or at a distance.

Two-panel connector (optional): Two PavoSlim 240CL panels can be connected to form a 4'×2' size, increasing illumination and lighting coverage. Combined with a specialized softbox and grid, this setup further enhances soft lighting.
