Warranty

Warranty service is carried out in our own service center at the address: Sofia, 90 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. (the address of our showroom), which guarantees short response times in the event of a problem. Warranty repairs are fully covered by Dynaphos EOOD and are carried out within the legally specified period of one month after submitting the claim.

Please note that some of the offered product brands have specific features and/or policies that do not allow them to be serviced in our service center. This does not result in additional costs for customers, but may result in the need for more time for settlement. Currently, this applies to products: Black Magic Design, Sekonic, Teradek, DJI.

Products with the brands Sony, Panasonic, DJI, Tamron and others are serviced by their authorized service centers in Bulgaria, listed in the warranty card or on their website

DYNAPHOS has its own qualified service center on the territory of the showroom and the company office. In addition to warranty service, DYNAPHOS SERVICE offers out-of-warranty service for professional lighting DYNAPHOS and other leading brands. Payment

Payment can be made via:

Cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods by courier. This service is allowed only for the territory of Bulgaria and Romania.

Payment processing fee – 1 EUR

When paying at the time of order, payment of goods credit or payment at our office, before delivery, a payment processing fee is not charged.
