Conditions for canceling an order and returning goods

The customer may cancel his order within 14 days after delivery, and for this purpose he must return the product at his own expense to Dynafos EOOD - Sofia, 1582, 90 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., preserving the commercial form and the original packaging.

For this purpose, the customer fills out an online form of the created automated system for easy and convenient return of online orders.

When canceling an order and returning goods, the customer should use the original packaging of the products and carry out additional packaging and protection of the goods, when necessary for protection during transport. The risk of transport when returning goods is at the expense of the customer.

In the event of partial or complete cancellation of an order upon payment, the refund of the full or overpaid amount is made within 14 days of receiving the goods back, by using the same payment method used by the consumer during the initial transaction.

Terms of replacement in case of impossibility of delivery

The information about the availability on www.dynaphos.com is up-to-date at the time of the order. In case of lack of availability or reserved availability, the customer should wait for the delivery of the ordered goods, the same applies in case of lack of sufficient availability.

If the customer wishes to replace the ordered goods, the same is done without charging additional costs to the customer.

If the customer refuses to replace and wait for the order, DYNAPHOS returns the payment to the customer in the manner in which it was made.

If a delivery date is confirmed by a DYNAPHOS employee and the delivery cannot be made, all costs of canceling the order and refunding the payment are at the expense of DYNAPHOS
