Laowa 10mm T2.1 Zero-D MFT cine is the smallest and lightest lens in the range. It features a 96° angle of view on the MFT sensor, providing a wide and unique perspective. “Zero-D” features also deliver a high quality image without too much editing on post production. The Φ49mm filter thread allows filmmakers to screw the filters quickly and without too much extra weight. It can be used for establishing shots, FPV drone, vlogging and more. It fits perfectly with MFT cameras like BMPCC4K, GH6, Zcam E2 M4 etc..
The 11 elements in 7 groups optical design includes 2 pieces of ED glasses and 2 pieces of aspherical glasses that control the distortion and color fringing to the minimum. The great quality design saves a lot of time of correction in post-production. It would be useful for interior, buildings, aerial shootings and more
The closest focusing distance i.e. 12cm/ 5.90” makes create stronger background bokeh effect. It is also useful when getting a close up on your subjects.
