The Nikkon NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S is an ultra-fast, short telephoto portrait lens for the Nikon Z9, Z7 II and Z6 II mirrorless cameras.
The large maximum aperture allows working in low light conditions and excellent control over the depth of focus.
The nanocrystalline coating offers exceptional backlight and glare tolerance.
The optical scheme of the lens consists of 15 elements arranged in 10 groups, including two aspherical elements and one ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) element, which help to minimize various types of aberrations, creating clear and vivid images, and the 11 rounded diaphragm blades provide smooth, pleasing and natural bokeh. At f/2, point light sources are transformed into fairy-tale spheres, and out-of-focus areas become picturesque fog.
Nikon NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S multi-focus system uses dual STM motors that move in sync for fast, precise and quiet autofocus.
The housing is of quality construction intended for long and intensive work, and the seal against atmospheric influences provides the opportunity to create stunning shots even in less than perfect conditions.
