Over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates
The Ninja TX GO features HDMI input and output, recording in Apple ProRes/RAW with resolutions up to 6Kp30 to ultra-fast CFexpress cards or external USB media, camera control for supported models, and a full suite of professional monitoring tools. The device includes built-in camera-to-cloud functionality with a free ATOMOSphere membership, supports NDI 6 streaming, and runs on the extremely fast AtomOS Linux platform. No other monitor-recorder offers such high performance and compatibility in such a compact and connected device.
Camera Control
Through intuitive on-screen sliders, you can adjust white balance, lens aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. A red frame around the edge of the display indicates when the camera is recording internally—whether the recording is triggered by the camera or by the Ninja TX. Control is available for most mirrorless cameras from Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, and Sony via USB-C, as well as all Z CAM E2 series models (requires a LANC cable, purchased separately).

Touch-to-Focus
Tap the Ninja TX touchscreen to make the camera automatically focus on your selected point. The "touch-to-focus" function uses the camera's focus modes, such as focus tracking, for easy control and crystal-clear images. It is only available with compatible cameras.
Pre-installed Codecs
The Ninja TX GO comes with pre-installed codecs: Apple ProRes/RAW up to 6Kp30, Avid DNx, H.265, and NDI 6 HX3 TX & RX.

Display
A 5.2-inch IPS touchscreen with increased brightness up to 1500 nits – ideal for clear, precise, and detailed monitoring in any condition, from shooting outdoors in bright sunlight to a studio environment. 8/10-bit color processing, HDR support, Rec. 709 color space, and calibration capability ensure accurate and well-defined colors and high-quality monitoring.

New Operating System and Design
Powered by the extremely fast AtomOS Linux operating system with an intuitive and user-friendly interface and a full suite of professional monitoring tools. The updated design ensures quieter, cooler, and more efficient operation.
Wireless Features and Camera to Cloud
The Ninja TX GO monitor-recorder features built-in connectivity, including camera-to-cloud with a free ATOMOSphere membership, NDI 6 streaming, and full integration into an NDI network.
The Ninja TX GO is also a leader in Camera to Cloud (C2C) workflows, enabling direct upload of video files from the Atomos monitor-recorder directly to the cloud. Atomos supports progressive direct upload to ATOMOSphere (with a free starter plan of 20 GB space), as well as to Adobe Frame.io and Dropbox.
Wireless capabilities also provide "over-the-air" (OTA) firmware updates – a fast and convenient way to keep the operating system always up-to-date.

Full Color and Metadata Support
The Ninja TX GO supports the use of selected log formats from Sony, ARRI, JVC, RED, FUJIFILM, Nikon, Panasonic, and Canon. You can upload custom 3D LUT tables to the monitor and output HDR conversion to Log, HLG, PQ, or Dolby Vision formats.

HDMI Input/Output
The HDMI input supports 6K video up to 30 frames per second, up to 4K60, and up to 1080p120. The loop-through function retransmits the incoming HDMI signal from the camera to another device, such as an external monitor, wireless transmitter, or live streaming encoder. Through the HDMI input, you can record RAW metadata such as white balance, exposure index, shutter speed/angle, aperture (Iris F-stop), ISO, gamma, and color space (gamut).

Recording Options and Media
The Ninja TX GO now features a CFexpress Type B slot and two USB-C outputs for recording, which support fast data transfer to external USB media. This flexibility is designed with scalability and future compatibility in mind. In addition to direct recording to media, the USB-C ports can also be used to upload custom 3D LUT tables and connect audio devices.
Professional Monitoring Tools
The Ninja TX GO offers a rich set of easy-to-use, single-activation tools for monitoring focus, framing, and exposure. These include focus peaking, zoom (2:1, 1:1), zebras, false color (including ARRI and EL Zone), frame guides, SMPTE safe areas, grids, waveforms, RGB parade, vectorscope, as well as flexible 3D/1D LUT support with profiles and presets (including .cube file upload). The device also offers anamorphic de-squeeze monitoring to correct the aspect ratio when working with anamorphic lenses.
Power Options
The rear of the Ninja TX GO is equipped with an L-series battery holder, compatible with NP-F (L-series) batteries. Alternatively, a battery eliminator can be used for DC power to the monitor, and the USB-C port supports 30W Power Delivery (PD) power via the included cable.
Unique Cable Locking System
Atomos has developed a unique and extremely robust locking system that ensures secure fixing of connected HDMI and USB-C cables. The Ninja TX GO comes with special clamps for this purpose, as well as a locking USB-C cable. With Atomos locking cables, you get one of the most reliable cable systems available today.

Tally Light
The addition of a tally light to the Ninja TX GO is a simple yet extremely useful feature, especially in live production environments. The tally light provides a clear visual indicator of when the camera is recording or live streaming. When the Ninja TX GO is recording, the light automatically turns red (live/on-air). A green tally light indicates to presenters or participants in front of the camera that the camera/monitor-recorder is in preview/standby mode.
