About the product
The Ember S2.5K is a high-speed imaging system that allows for recording at 2.5K resolution and a maximum frame rate of 3,563 fps. It features continuous recording and a pre-record function that can be adjusted from 1 second to 2 hours. The camera uses the Apple ProRes 422 LT codec and has a fast workflow with live app preview on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It also has a modular ecosystem, a Gpixel sensor, and an active EF compatible lens mount. The camera has a two-second boot up time and uses a high-endurance pSLC SSD that can record for 10,000 hours continuously. It also has a global shutter, wireless control, and a USB 3.2 Type C port.
The Ember S2.5K is designed to be easy to use, with a simple setup process and a remote trigger function. It also has a continuous shooting mode and a live app preview feature. The camera can be used in a variety of setups, from a minimalist setup with just an iPhone, to a full cinema build with a reference monitor and sophisticated color tools. It also has features such as Amplify for enhancing small movements in videos, and Ember Stabilize for correcting vibrations and movements. With its compatibility with Apple ProRes and customizable lens mounts, the Ember S2.5K is a versatile and powerful high-speed camera.
