About the product
The NiSi Allure Black Mist Cinema filter allows you to soften highlights and creates hazy lifted shadows for atmospheric shots. Allure Mist Cinema filters reduce the contrast that can lead to excessive sharpness from modern cinema, DSLR and mirrorless camera lenses.
The soft, mist effect in varying densities of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 stop help to disperse brighter highlights to create a flaring effect from harsh light sources. The black mist filter creates that special “atmosphere” by softening excess sharpness and contrast.
The NiSi 6.6×6.6″ product line is compatible with all leading video matte boxes build for this size. The cinema filters from NiSi are the industry standard 4mm thick. A synthetic leather effect storage pouch is included and cinema pouches for your filter collection are available for separate purchase.
