Digital High Capacity Li-Ion Battery with 2x D-Tap and USB Power Out

The HED-A60 is the Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (14.4V, 96.48Wh) designed to power Canon HD camcorders that use a BP-A style battery. It consists of LG high-quality internal battery cells and features an output of 14.4V and a capacity of 6700mAh / 96.48Wh. The battery pack includes one USB and two D-Tap outputs with dust covers that provide power to external devices such as on-cameras LED lights, monitors, wireless transmitters, and digital recorders. A 4-LED power meter displays the remaining battery percentage at 100, 75, 50, and 25%. Using the built-in data communication chip, the battery syncs with the camcorder to display the exact power percentage on the LCD screen.

High Power Capacity 97Wh

This high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack can power Canon HD Camcorders EOS C500, C500 MKII, C300, C300 MKII,  C200, C200 MKII, including the latest models EOS C70 and XF605, XF706. The HED-A60 includes an external USB 5V/5W/1A power output, and a Dual D-Tap DC 14.4V power output, that can deliver 115W/8A for all professional external devices.

Built-in Dual D-Tap 14.4V, 8A, 97W Output Socket

HED-A60 battery pack is equipped with a dual D-tap DC output socket on top. With this external power supply facility, you can connect two different products, like an on-camera LED light and video monitor or a wireless transmitter and digital recorder, and get simultaneous power with the battery attached to the camera, or separately as an independent power station. The opposite orientation of the D-Tap connectors provides more flexibility during everyday operation. The max power from the two D-taps is 95W.

LED Monitor Indicator

HED-A60 contains a built-in 4-LED power meter that, at the press of a button, displays the remaining battery percentage at 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25%.

Built-in USB 5V, 1A Socket

The USB 5V/1A output can be used to power any external USB electronic devices. This function allows you to use the HED-A60 like a power station to charge your cell phone, tablet, or any other electronic devices that can be powered with USB 5V power.

Data Communication with Camcorder

Using the built-in data communication chip, the battery syncs with the camcorder to display the exact power percentage on the LCD screen. HED-A60 is fully compatible with latest Canon models EOS C70 and XF605, XF705 Camcorders
