Replacement Program for Amaran F21c/x and Amaran F22c/x Flexible Panel Frames

Dear Customers,

Amaran is announcing a replacement program for the X-frame support for their F21c/x and F22c/x flexible panels.

Any customer who has purchased these panels and whose kit includes a frame of this type:

can replace it with the new model frame of this type:

The new frame is more functional, more robust, and eliminates the need to use the original Straight Baby Pin and 90º Baby Pin adapters.

Until 31.12.2023, these frames will be replaced free of charge. To do so, you need to:

Take a photo of the serial number of your panel, located on the bottom of the panel's control unit.

Send us a photo of the serial number, your panel model, and your name to p.buserski@dynaphos.com

Once we receive the new frames, we will contact you using the provided contact information to arrange the replacement.

After 31.12.2023, this frame will be available for purchase separately as a spare part but will not be replaced free of charge.
