No joke: Dynaphos presents the Z CAM cinema camera for the first time in Bulgaria

For the first time in Bulgaria, Dynaphos presents the Z CAM cinema camera, and it's happening on April 1st, no joke. The camera boasts 6K resolution, shooting 60 frames per second at 6K, and 100 frames per second at 4K. This makes the motion exceptionally smooth and a joy to behold, not just for the editor and director, but for the viewer as well.

Z CAM has 14 stops of dynamic range, which allows the image to be leveled out even in unfavorable lighting conditions – such as shadows or overexposure – if the appropriate codec is chosen.

And speaking of codecs, it's good to know that Z CAM practically combines all codecs – something few cameras can boast. It is also one of the few cinema cameras that supports not only manual focus but also autofocus and continuously active autofocus. And what's more, it's powered by standard NP-F batteries.
