Come and try the full Mercury series from Atlas Lens Co and specialty lenses from the Orion series
How does the camera image change when you switch from spherical to anamorphic glass? Try it yourself in different configurations with lenses from Atlas Lens Co with us on October 10th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM! For the first time, all 6 lenses from the Mercury line will be available, as well as the ultra-wide and super-telephoto Orion lenses (18mm, 21mm, 25mm, 28mm, 135mm, 200mm).
You will have the opportunity for various lens tests - one set with an impressive model and a possibility for dynamic tests, and a second set with a test chart for precise focus, distortion, and resolution testing.
In addition to lenses, cameras, and lighting, our consultants will also be available. They will assist you with the equipment, as well as if you want to learn more about anamorphic lenses, their purpose, and their benefit in cinema from the early 20th century to the present day.
At 7:00 PM, a live presentation with the co-founder and CEO of Atlas Lens Co - Dan Kanes will begin. We will talk about the history of anamorphic lenses and the philosophy behind them, as well as the history of Atlas Lens Co and their role in continuing the anamorphic tradition. After the presentation, there will also be a Q&A section.
