Dynaphos at the Autumn Forum of Wedding Photographers and Videographers - 2012

Dynaphos will participate as a partner in the upcoming "Autumn Forum of Wedding Photographers and Videographers - 2012", which will be held from November 13th to 15th in Dryanovo.
Participants in the event will be able to test various mobile solutions for flash and continuous lighting. Portable battery generators from the Discovery and NFL series, speedlights, radio triggers, Lastolite accessories, and LED lighting of various power outputs will be available to colleagues.

-Sharing information from over 10 seminars by foreign authors. Alexandras Babicius, Lithuania – a brief overview, vision, principles, techniques and technology used for filming, sharing key tips, examining a real-world result (a wedding filmed in Bulgaria). Sergey Ivanov, Ukraine – a brief overview, vision, principles, techniques and technology used for filming, sharing tips. For videographers, shared by authors Oleg Kalyan, Maxim Dedkov, Vadim Khanov – lecturers Petar and Tsvetelina Deliyski – Deliyski Studio.
-Video filming with a video camera or a still camera. Advantages and disadvantages. Main differences and difficulties when filming with a still camera. Technology of filming with a still camera. – Open discussion with moderator – Pavel Hadjiev – Safet Studio.
-Basic concepts in video filming. Progressive, Interlace, Lower, Upper. Video filming formats and differences between them – AVCHD, P2, MP2, H264. Basic requirements for final HD files. Transcoding and most common problems. Basic principles of video editing and common mistakes. Open discussion with moderator Pavel Hadjiev – Safet Studio.
-Working with difficult models. Working in challenging lighting conditions. Portrait photography, basic rules and their application during a wedding photoshoot. Lecturer – Yonko Rusev with the active support of Vladislav Balevski.
-Post-wedding photoshoot – advantages, disadvantages, necessity. Elements of fashion photography and their application in wedding photography. Lecturers Dimitar Yakov and Vladislav Balevski.
-Methods and principles for pricing. How to determine the real and at the same time market price of the service we offer. Why we should not underestimate our work and work cheaply, consequences and negatives. Formula for a successful start for beginners in the business. What else to shoot when there are no weddings? How not to starve in winter and not undermine our business and that of others? Working with clients and the necessity of a contract – what should it include? Open discussion with moderator Petar Deliyski with the active participation of Vladislav Balevski, Yonko Rusev, Dimitar Yakov and all interested participants in the seminar.
-Teamwork, synchronization between photographer and videographer. Interaction with other participants in the event – DJ, restaurant, dance ensembles. Working with wedding agents. Open discussion for all participants.

During the seminar, in addition to the presentations of the participating companies, all available equipment and all displayed items will be available to participants for testing and questions. Factor BG will provide opportunities for test prints on various media. With the kind assistance of Dynaphos, a portable studio and various lighting will be provided.

The organizers have provided attractive photo models for shooting and have ensured that the food and party are top-notch. Files for the competition will be accepted after accreditation. Photos must be suitable for printing in A4 size, not from non-wedding events, and without logos or other distinguishing marks. Videos – without distinguishing marks and not too heavy, so they can be viewed on a laptop, MPEG format is recommended. The program is subject to minor corrections, and therefore changes are possible.
