Shipping policy

Prices:

All prices listed on www.dynaphos.com include 20% VAT. Foreign citizens (outside the EU) can take advantage of the TAX FREE (VAT refund) service and refund the 20% VAT paid upon purchase after leaving the country with the purchased goods.

Orders:

You can place your order using the online ordering system on the site, by duly filling in all the necessary data. Orders sent by 5 pm on a working day are processed on the same working day, and orders sent after 5 pm or on a non-working day are processed on the next working day.

You can also place an order or inquiry by directly contacting us by phone or e-mail. After specifying all the details of the order, we proceed to delivery.

Delivery:

When choosing products with different availability, our employee will contact you to specify the delivery time.

Delivery to Bulgaria is carried out via Econt Express www.econt.com.

•    Delivery to address:

•    For orders up to 50 EUR. and payment method Cash on delivery –  3.6 EUR delivery fee.

•    For orders over 50 EUR and payment method Cash on delivery - delivery is paid according to Econt's tariff with a 30% discount charged.

•    For orders over 50 EUR. and payment method other than Cash on delivery – delivery is free

•    Delivery to Econt office:

•    For orders up to 50 EUR the delivery fee is 2.6 EUR

•   For orders over 50 EUR the delivery fee is free of charge.

The payment processing fee upon delivery is 1 EUR per order. For payment made at the time of order, no processing fee is charged.
