Prices

ll the prices are in EUR, EXW - DYNAPHOS office – 90 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. Sofia 1582, Bulgaria. Prices exclude 20 % VAT.
Foregn customers (outside EU) may use TAX FREE (VAT refund) service. EU customers with no VAT registration will be charged with 20% VAT.
 

Place an order:

You can place your order using the on-line ordering system of www.dynaphos.com. Please be sure to fill in all needed information correctly. Orders are processed within 24 hours or on next working day.
You can also place your order by phone or by email.
For wholesales orders please send email to wholesale@dynaphos.com.

 
When ordering products with different availability, delivery date will be according to the product with longest delivery term.
Delivery to EU countries does not require custom clearance. For other countries you have to check local customs import laws.
EU deliveries will be supported with VAT invoice according to EU regulations.
Shipments to Bulgaria and Romania are via Econt Express www.econt.com with “freight collect” clause.
Worldwide shipments are provided by DHL www.dhl.com, DPD (for EUR) www.dpd.com or regular postal service. If you choose custom or postal service delivery option you will be contacted by us with quotations for shipping.
 

Cancelation, return and refund policy:

Due to non-conformity of products, constructional of functional problems customer may not accept or return the ordered products in 7 days after delivery.
If delivered products conform with ordered, there is no constructional or functional problems or more than 7 days after delivery are passed cancelation will not be considered as lawful. In this case customer should pay returning costs and all the other costs and missed benefit to DYNAPHOS.
When customer cancels order paid via credit or debit card 10% re-fund charge should be paid by customer.
Cancelations are accepted only in written. Request for cancelation should include Order No, list of products for returning, customer name, contact information, reason for returning and preferred way of back-payment. Dynaphos may ask for proof of reasons for returning.
Customer should use the original packing and if needed additional packing when returning products to DYNAPHOS in order to ensure the safety of products during shipment. Shipping risk for returning products is handled by customer.
Full or partial refund could be done as follows:
- With substitute products
- Credit or debit card payment return (10% tax is collected)
- Bank transfer (bank taxes are at customer account)
- Cash at DYNAPHOS office – 90 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. Sofia 1582
Availability information at is updated in real time. In case of not availability or not enough availability of ordered products customers should wait the delivery.
If customer prefers to change the ordered products in case of non-availability with alternative products this could be done with no additional charge.
If customer decline wait for delivery or change with alternative products DYNAPHOS returns customers payment. Costs and taxes for money refund and other costs due to cancelation are paid by customer.
If DYNAPHOS delay the delivery with more than 10 days after confirmed date customer may cancel the order with no charge. DYNAPHOS will refund the whole payment in customer’s preferred way.

 
 

Payment:

DYNAPHOS accepts payment by:
- Cash on delivery – only for Bulgaria and Romania. Payment processing fee - 2 BGN incl. VAT, for orders with free shipping.
- Credit or Debit Card - Most secured internet payment guaranteed by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode
- Bank transfer to the following account:

Warranty:

All DYNAPHOS products comes with 24 month warranty.
You can extend your warranty to 36 months for 2% additional charge (only available for Bulgaria and Romania)
DYNAPHOS is using own warranty service. For after warranty repair or repaor of other manufacturer equipment please use service@dynaphos.com to contact our service office.

Privacy policy:

Collecting information
DYNAPHOS not automatically collect information when you visit the site. Information is recorded only if the user enters and send this - for example when making an on-line order

Collection and processing of personal data
DYNAPHOS not collect personal information about you, except when you provide such as making an on-line order.

Use and storage of personal data
DYNAPHOS will not sell your personal data to third parties nor market it elsewhere. DYNAPHOS employees are required to protect your privacy and to comply with an agreement for disclosure of confidential information.

Freedom of Choice
You control the information you provide DYNAPHOS for yourself. However, if you choose not to share this information with DYNAPHOS note that it can be difficult for the delivery of your ordered products.
