Who are the award-winning authors of this year's 48 Hours Varusha South photo contest

The "48 Hours Varusha South" photo contest, which started on the first day of the festival that once again transformed Veliko Tarnovo into a stage for art, free spirit, and shared emotions, has concluded. The streets of the old quarter came alive with music, paintings, performances, and encounters that linger in hearts long after the end. Among them, a special place was occupied by a photo contest, organized jointly by Dynaphos and the festival team - a narrative about the energy of "Varusha South," captured in frames through the eyes of the participants.

We are honored that, together with the organizers of "48 Hours Varusha South," we managed to create a space where photography not only documents but also tells stories, inspires, and captures the magic of the festival. We thank all amateurs and professionals who chose to share their perspective. With their shots, they managed to transport us into the atmosphere of three thematic categories:

Art - where creativity and imagination come to life

Street - captured moments from vibrant urban life

Concert - music, lights, and emotions, gathered in one shot

The jury and the audience had the difficult task of choosing the best among them, because each shot carried a piece of what makes the festival so special.

And even though the contest has ended, its shots remain - as memories, as inspiration, and as proof that art lives in each of us.

The Audience Award was won by Yana Pitekova with 104 votes.

The awarded participants have already received their purchase vouchers worth, respectively: first place - BGN 200, second place - BGN 100, and third place - BGN 50, audience winner award - BGN 100.
