Amaran Announces 100W and 200W LED Lights with Daylight and Bi-Color Options
Amaran is releasing new 100W and 200W LED lights for photo and video applications, available in two versions: daylight and bi-color. The 100d and 200d versions have a fixed color temperature of 5600K (daylight), while the 100x and 200x can produce light between 2700-6500K to match ambient conditions or provide creative lighting opportunities.
All new lamps share a similar form factor, Bowens mount, 105-degree beam angle, and wireless app control via Bluetooth. In terms of color accuracy, all four achieve a CRI of 95 and TLCI of 96 for reliable performance. Each new light offers 0-100% stepless dimming, allowing you to control the light precisely to your needs, and the built-in eight customizable effect modes give you even more creative possibilities. Each unit comes with a DC 48V 3-pin XLR input, as well as the ability to be independently powered by optional sources. A umbrella holder is integrated into the light stand mount to facilitate the workflow.
