NIKON Unveils the New Versatile NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S
NIKON ANNOUNCES HIGH-PERFORMANCE S-LINE COMPACT ZOOM LENS
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 28th October 2021: Today, Nikon introduces its latest zoom lens, the versatile NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S. With a lightweight build, advanced optics, and a broad zoom range, this is the lens for every scenario. From ancient architecture and vibrant street photography to detailed portraits and sweeping landscapes, it enables users to capture from all angles without needing to change lenses.
The NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S is a high-performance all-rounder for travel. With a constant maximum aperture of f/4, it is built for controlled creative shooting that delivers stunning detail. The lens offers smooth handling and a multi-focus system that ensures incredibly fast and accurate autofocusing across the entire zoom range.
The NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S’ combination of high-performance features and a light, compact body makes it ‘ready for travel’ and the creation of both stills and movies. It offers superior video performance, with virtually no focus breathing, which ensures consistent composition when re-focusing during recording. Should a user move from indoors to outdoors, or between darker and brighter scenes, stable exposure control enables natural brightness changes for beautiful, natural-looking video footage.
And for crystal clear shots, the lens’ ARNEO Coat and Nano Crystal Coat take care of ghosting and flare caused by incidental light coming from various directions.
Sealed to protect from dust and water droplets, the NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S includes Nikon’s fluorine coat on the front element, which repels dirt and wipes clean with ease.
