NANLITE introduces the FC-60B and FC-120B bicolor spotlights, powered by USB-PD or V-mount
The new NANLITE FC-60B and FC-120B are palm-sized, battery-powered bicolor LED lights that can also run on USB-PD chargers and power banks. Both models feature full app control and adjustable color temperature from 2700K to 6500K.
Both lights are powerful, with an output of 10,790 lux@1m for the FC-60B and 17,450 lux@1m for the FC-120B (with a 45° reflector at 5600K).
They are highly efficient and truly mobile – perfect for all creators shooting videos or photos in the studio or outdoors. Both lights can operate with USB-PD power supplies, PD chargers, or professional batteries.
With an optional FL-11 fresnel and a full range of softboxes, projection attachments, and other modifiers, the FC-60B and FC-120B are versatile enough to be used as key, fill, back, accent, or effect lights.
The FC-60B and FC-120B share the same appealing aesthetic as the recently launched NANLITE FC-300B and FC-500B. All of them share NANLITE's design DNA and the latest technology. Together, they complete the FC series of affordable, modern, high-performance luminaires.
Light wherever you go, with USB-PD or V-mount
With numerous power options, the FC-60B and FC-120B can be powered by USB batteries or chargers via USB-PD protocol, V-mount batteries, or AC power. The FC-60B can also use NP-F type batteries. All these power options enable full power output. The FC-60B has a power output of 78 W, and the FC-120B has 145 W.
USB-PD mobile power banks or chargers must support a continuous output power of 30 W or more.
New V-mount handgrip for handheld operation
If truly mobile operation is required, the included and optional battery handgrips provide this capability. A new power bank grip will also be available soon.
They allow the FC-60B and FC-120B to be easily held and powered simultaneously – ideal for creators on the go.
High accuracy, high performance
The FC-60B and FC-120B feature exceptionally high color accuracy, with an average CRI score of 96 and an average TLCI score of 98. This makes them ideal for capturing accurate skin tones and vivid images across the widest range of shooting scenarios.
Two output modes are built-in: Max mode provides the highest possible light output for the selected color temperature, fully unleashing the light's efficiency. Alternatively, Constant Output mode ensures consistent brightness across the entire CCT range when needed.
Stylish and practical design
The FC-60B and FC-120B are both practical and stylish. They feature a sleek, modern design with a two-tone gray/black body and stylish blue decorative lines. Controls are easily accessible via two knobs and two buttons on the fixture. The FC-60B has a 1.47-inch display, and the FC-120B has a 1.9-inch display, which logically show all settings at a glance.
The integrated tilting yoke makes it easy to adjust the light's position with its 180-degree movement. The power adapter has a built-in safety strap, allowing it to be carried and easily mounted. The optional LG-V35 clamp is available for attaching the control unit directly to a light stand, which attaches to the FC-60B or FC-120B via a quick-release plate.
Modify as you wish with FM mount
A small light needs a small but sturdy way to mount the included reflector or optional fresnels, softboxes, and optical spots. The FC-60B and FC120B use the innovative FM mount for accessories, which is already standard for NANLITE's smaller directional luminaires. It is extremely compact and has a full range of NANLITE modifiers available, allowing users to creatively shape the light exactly as they need it.
Available NANLITE FM Mount modifiers include the FL-11 fresnel, optical spots with 19° and 36° lenses, a 60cm softbox, a 40cm octagonal softbox, a 60cm octagonal softbox, and a 60cm Lantern softbox.
The included adapter for the larger Bowens mount makes the lights compatible with an even wider selection of modifiers. An umbrella holder is built into the yoke of each light, allowing an umbrella and reflector to be mounted simultaneously for a simple but effective soft lighting setup that is easily portable.
Small size
They are small enough to fit in almost any camera bag or lighting kit – the FC-60B weighs only 700g, and the FC-120B only 980g. Several FC-60B and FC-120B lights can be carried together in a single hard case, such as the GUTEK Tortoise T-230, to form an extremely mobile professional lighting kit.
Individual case included
The included high-quality case is designed for convenient transport of the FC-60B or FC-120B. Built for demanding environments, it is designed to be lightweight yet impact-resistant.
Control via Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz, or adaptation to DMX control
Both the FC-60B and FC-120B are equipped with built-in 2.4GHz and Bluetooth modules for control using the NANLINK 2.0 app. The app gives users precise and intuitive control over multiple NANLITE and NANLUX models, as well as the ability to visually map and control these lights on a lighting diagram.
The FC-60B and FC-120B also have wired DMX/RDM connections for advanced users who want to build a network and connect them to professional lighting consoles.
Built-in effects
The FC-60B and FC-120B have 12 commonly used special effects built-in, which can be controlled directly via the integrated controls or through the NANLINK 2.0 app. These can be used creatively to bring scenes to life with realistic simulations of lightning, strobes, and more.
Full fan control for silent operation
To ensure that the FC-60B and FC-120B operate as quietly as possible, they are equipped with an adjustable cooling system featuring four fan modes: SMART, FULL SPEED, LOW SPEED, and OFF. SMART mode automatically adjusts the fan speed based on ambient temperature. The ability to automatically or manually select the optimal fan speed is ideal for live recordings and other situations where background noise levels are paramount.
*In SMART mode, the device automatically switches fan speed depending on ambient temperature.
In SMART and FULL SPEED modes, maximum output is 100%.
In LOW SPEED mode, maximum output is 50%.
When the fan is off, maximum output is 15%.
