A notable feature is the LCA Low Capacity Smart Alarm, alerting users when the battery is below 20% capacity. The IDL Identificational Display LED Monitor provides control and shows battery status. The high-contrast OLED Display offers clear visibility of Battery Capacity, Remaining Operational Time, Battery Circle usage, and Charging function day and night. With an extra bidirectional DC power port, and USB-C charging ports, the new HED-NPF1000 can power various accessory devices. Conveniently, the DC and USB-C power input allow the battery to be charged using standard USB or DC 8.6V chargers.

SMART Low Capacity ALARM (LCA)

With a pending patent, our IDL Emergency ALARM is engineered to activate when the battery capacity level drops below 20%. It triggers a distinctive and easily visible flashing IDL – Identification Display Led in silent mode (no buzzer). This exclusive feature serves as a prompt for users, signaling that the battery has fallen below the 20% capacity threshold.

USB-C PD3.0 / 20w and DC

The HED-NPF1000 battery features a USB-C power input and DC power In/Out, allowing direct charging via any USB-C charger or an 8.6V DC power source with a maximum output of 20W. The USB-C port supports multiple charging protocols, including PD3.0, QC2.0, QC3.0, PPS, AFC, FCP, SCP, DCP-1.5A, and Apple-2.4A, ensuring broad compatibility. This versatile design eliminates the need for a dedicated NPF battery charger, offering users a more convenient and efficient charging solution. Additionally, the extra DC power output can be used to supply power to various external accessories.

Injection Molded Power Pins

The HED-NPF1000 battery incorporates advanced injection molded power pins, providing a secure and highly durable connection for reliable power delivery. This innovative production technology integrates the power pins directly into the battery housing, creating a strong, compact and unbreakable bond 

IDL Control LED Display

The battery is equipped with a dual-color (RED & GREEN) LED control display, providing a clear indication of various battery statuses. When connected to a USB-C port or a standard NPF charger for charging, the LED flashes RED, notifying the user that the battery is actively charging. Once fully charged, the LED switches to a constant GREEN, indicating the battery is ready for use. This feature offers users convenient visual monitoring of the battery’s charging status.

The HED-NPF1000 showcases cutting-edge HEDBOX battery technology. Designed in the same size as the standard Sony NPF-970 battery, it boasts an impressive 9600 mAh capacity, that is 30% higher energy density than the original. Despite the increased capacity, the battery maintains reliable and safe operation thanks to its advanced Battery Management System (BMS).
