Irix Cine 45mm T1 . 5 is a movie lens with a focal length of 45mm and a transmittance value of T1.5. It is designed to shoot in Ultra HD 8K resolution. The entire lens system consists of 11 lenses arranged in 9 groups, ensuring a crystal-clear image, free from geometric distortions and full of fine details. Additionally, it used four high refractive glass elements, one low dispersion and one aspherical. The whole is completed by the aperture mechanism, whose 9 rounded blades ensure smooth background blurring and smooth adjustment of the lens brightness in the T1.5 to T22 range.

The focal length of the Irix Cine 45mm T1.5 lens is a special feature. Shortened to 45mm compared to the classic "fifty", while maintaining the perspective natural for human vision, it gives the opportunity to cover a wider plan. Filming scenes seen through the protagonist's eyes forces more frequent focusing, which is why the "focal" breathing effect has been reduced to an absolute minimum.
