Samyang AF 75mm f1.8 for Fujifilm X

Weighing only 257g and measuring just 69.3mm in length, this new 75mm portrait lens (112.5mm full-frame equivalent) strikes the perfect balance between portability and outstanding performance and is a perfect match for the slim design of Fujifilm cameras. It features a micro-patterned focus ring that feels great to use, and weather sealing ensures use in harsh weather conditions, protecting the lens from light rain, snow and dust. The lens features Samyang's fast linear STM (stepping motor), which provides photographers and videographers with quieter and more precise control of the focusing lens groups.

The lens construction of the new lens consists of 10 elements in 9 groups, with 2 HR and 3 ED special glass elements incorporated into the optical design to minimize chromatic aberration and distortion for sharper images. UMC (Ultra Multi Coating) has been applied to the lens elements to reduce surface reflections, prevent flare and ghosting, and provide better light transmission and contrast. A 9-blade aperture produces a soft, creamy bokeh that brings out your subject and creates a sense of depthin the picture. A custom switch on the side of the lens allows the user to set functions. More functions can be added later with a firmware update.
